Your field of responsibility
We are one of the leading providers of transaction banking services to Financial Institutions.

We are a major Swiss sub-custodian for foreign banks, global custodians and broker dealers and a global custodian for local banks.

Being part of the FI Custody Solutions team, you will support the business (product sales, relationship, and account managers) and represent the team in various projects.

Your varied portfolio of tasks will provide you with a wealth of opportunities to grow both your knowledge and your network.

Your work will see you contribute to both client satisfaction and service improvement through solution design and delivery, coordinating due diligence questionnaire and visits, answering complex client queries and questionnaires (market and process related, regulatory, etc.).

Your skills and experience
You describe yourself as a highly motivated business professional and self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is willing to learn fast and who will deal with clients and internal stakeholders in various departments:

  • At least 5 years of experience in banking, preferably in custody and/or securities operations
  • Excellent knowledge of banking / securities operations processes
  • Proven handson experience in the Swiss market
  • A profound client focus and solutionoriented approach with an eye for detail and quality
  • Dedicated problem solver able to generate creative solutions
  • Highly motivated and targetdriven personality with talent in negotiations
  • Creativity, independence and very good work organization
  • Fluency in German and English (verbally and written), is a must, French is a plus
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, willingness to learn and grow
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspective
