  • Als Teil des UMB Business Consulting Teams repräsentierts Du die Firma UMB AG auf dem Markt.
  • Du agierst als Business Consultant und berätst unsere Kunden zu den entsprechenden Themen (IT-Strategie, Durchführung IT-Health Checks, CIO-Coaching usw.).
  • Mit Deiner Erfahrung bist Du für unsere Kunden auch als Interims-CIO / Head-IT tätig.
  • Lead Identifikation und Offerten-Erstellung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Team gehören ebenso zu Deinen Aufgaben wie selbstständige Projektumsetzung im Consulting-Bereich.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass vertragliche Kundenvereinbarungen, wie auch die Qualitäts- und Effizienzsicherung der Consulting-Dienstleistungen eingehalten werden.
  • Du agierst als Innovationstreiber im Consulting-Team und förderst eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.
  • Die Teilnahme an Fachveranstaltungen, Konferenzen und Publikation von Fachartikeln im Namen der UMB AG runden Dein Aufgabengebiet ab.
Das bringst du mit:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni oder Hochschule) in der Informationstechnologie oder Betriebswirtschaft.
  • Mehrjährige und ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung als CIO oder Head-IT (Mindestens fünf Jahre).
  • Neben guten Deutsch-Kenntnissen sprichst du fliessend Französisch (Verhandlungssicher).
  • Reisebereitschaft (60-80%, Mandatsabhängig) mit primärem Fokus auf die französische Schweiz und Grossraum Bern.
  • Persönlichkeitsanforderungen/Sozialkompetenz:
  • Du bist dienstleistungsorientiert, engagiert und verantwortungsbewusst.
  • Zuverlässige, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus.
