Ferring+YouYou will be involved in the purification activities of proteins, gene vectors, and monoclonal antibodies (Downstream), encompassing process development, characterization, and validation. Additionally, you will contribute to technology transfers and scaling up processes.
Your responsibilities at Ferring:
  • Execute Downstream Process (DSP) Development lab tasks in accordance with Quality standards related to biologics CMC development.
  • Support sample analysis using advanced analytical techniques.
  • Implement and maintain lean methodologies in the lab, such as 5s practices, visual management systems, and Kanban.
  • Take ownership of the lab area and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance, calibration, and adequate stock of chemicals and consumables.
Behind our innovative projects is you Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor or CFC in life sciences (Biology/Chemistry).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in protein purification or analytics.
  • Preferably, experience with monoclonal antibodies.
  • Proficient in oral and written English communication.
  • Sound understanding of Quality requirements for biologics CMC development.
  • Team player with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
