Process Mapping Analyst

RESPONSABILITIES

Process improvement:· Execute process analysis by applying lean concepts (process mapping, problem solving) and academical knowledge (statistical algoritms).· Identify solutions to streamline processes by simulating alternative flows.· Utilize tools (i.e. software) to visualize processes flow and cross-functional interactions.· Manage creation and submission of processes change proposals.· Collaborate with Maintenance and Facility departments to design possible possible phisical layout changes.

Communication:· Organize verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style.· Ask questions; encourage input from team members and stakeholders.· Assess communication style of individual team members and adapt own communication style accordingly.· Provide feedback to peers, and supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

· High performance orientation and sound judgment.· Ability to build and leverage partnerships and implement changes.· Proficiency in use of personal computers, MS Office 365 suite and e-mail skills required.· C1 level in Italian, B1 in English.
