  • We are now seeking a skilled Store Associate who can contribute to the further development of the store._
  • The position is a fulltime position and reports to Store Manager._

_ The position is full-time equivalent to 100%.__ As a store associate in Norrøna's stores, it is important to us that you see the customer's needs and give the customer a unique customer experience. Furthermore, it is important that you are independent, able to see work tasks during busy and quiet periods and have a large work capacity._

Qualifications:

  • Completed High School
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably within retail/service/sports
  • Good native and English language skills

  • Has a large work capacity and the ability to see work tasks

  • Has a minimum of 2 years of store experience

Key tasks:

  • Sales and customer advice
  • Receipt of goods and pricing
  • Visual merchandising
  • Ensure that the store is clean and always looks great
  • Support store manager and contribute to a positive work culture
  • Be a good ambassador for the store and Norrøna
