M&A Project Manager

  • In this role, you will work in SwissPost's M&A department, which is part of the centralfinance function. Your focus is on acquisitions in the tech/SaaSsector.
  • You are responsible for the entiretransaction process on behalf of the acquiring division, includingthe coordination of Due Diligence and the preparation of thevaluation.
  • You plan and coordinate thecollaboration with our internal stakeholders as well as externalparties, such as lawyers, accountants and taxexperts.
  • In addition, you are responsible forproviding specific advice to the business units, ExecutiveManagement and the Board of Directors.
  • Yourepresent Swiss Post's interests in M&Anegotiations and present your projects to Executive Management andthe Board of Directors.
  • You have a university degree inbusiness administration, ideally with a focus on financialmanagement or accounting. Further qualifications, for example as achartered financial accountant, are anadvantage.
  • Your experience from independentlymanaging M&A projects in an investment bank, M&Aboutique or auditing firm allows you to manage even complexprojects quickly and independently.
  • Yourin-depth knowledge of accounting, creating financial models andcompany valuations, as well as experience in tech/SaaS M&Asets you apart.
  • You have solid presentation andnegotiation skills, you are a team player and complete your tasksefficiently even under pressure. Self-motivation and high levels ofperformance forms part of your DNA.
  • You have anexcellent command of German and English. Solid knowledge of asecond national language is aplus.
