Your Responsibilities
- Establish, characterize and maintain a set of coating technologies (own and competitors)
- Characterize coating structure and guide testing of its performance
- University degree in material science or physics
- 3+ years of experience in material science and/or coating technologies
- Broad understanding of industrial coating technologies
- Knowledge and experience in the field of electrolyzers / fuel cells or batteries is a strong plus
- Profound understanding of mechanism of corrosion, conductivity and isolation
- Project management skills
- Very good English skills, German is a plus
- Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
