Mit Boum machen wir die Welt nachhaltiger und lebenswerter, indem wir allen Menschen ermöglichen,
Pflanzen erfolgreich anzubauen und zu erleben. Dazu entwickeln wir zusammen mit der Universität Bern eine innovative Systemlösung mit einer automatischen IoT Bewässerung, nachhaltiger Erde und angepassten Pflanzen. Über die Boum App erhalten unsere Kunden personalisierte Hinweise und Tipps zum erfolgreichen Anbau ihrer Pflanzen. Durch Gebäudeintegration wird das Boum System zur effizientesten und kundenfreundlichsten Lösung für den Anbau von Topfpflanzen.

Was wir suchen

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir ein Teammitglied mit Begabung und Interesse an Business
Development. Der Einstieg kann auf allen Stufen erfolgen und ermöglicht einen schnellen Aufstieg bis hin zu einer Führungsrolle.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du baust unser Netzwerk und Zulieferern, Produktions
- und Verkaufspartnern aus
- Du handelst entsprechende Partnerschaftsverträge aus und stärkst so unser Geschäft
- Du erschließt neue Absatzkanäle im E-Commerce Bereich
- Du erweiterst und Betreust unsere Absatzkanäle
- Du analysierst und optimierst den Geschäftsgang mit einem starken quantitativen Fokus
- Du repräsentierst Boum kompetent und gewinnbringend gegen aussen
- Mitarbeit in weiteren Bereichen des Startups je nach Kapazität und Interesse

**Dein Profil**
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss im Wirtschaftsbereich oder eine äquivalente Ausbildung
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Business Development
- Du bringst eine starke Affinität für Startups und Innovative Geschäftsmodelle mit
- Du interessierst dich für nachhaltige Entwicklung und die Verbindung von Technik und Ökologie
- Du bist bereit, extra weit zu gehen um Grossartiges zu erreichen
