Responsibilities:

  • You will support project management activities during transformations and accordingly make changes to procedures
  • You will participate in the implementation of project management processes, methodologies and structures
  • You will support project management activities in implementing, correcting and updating projects in the system
  • You will be responsible for updating key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • You will develop tools for monitoring and controlling the project portfolio
  • You will prepare and take part in project management meetings and draft reports

Competencies:

  • You are a student in engineering or are following a course deemed to be equivalent
  • You have a particular interest in project management
  • You have a good knowledge of English and French and/or German
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Project and MS Office, and knowledge of ERP and SharePoint would be an advantage
  • You have knowledge of Gantt and/or PERT methodologies
  • You stand out for your independence, punctuality, communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
