Your challenge*:

For our team in Private Banking Germany we are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy personality as Assistant Private Banking (f/m/d), responsible for the following tasks:

  • Independently and proactively supporting the relationship managers in advising and servicing demanding private clients in the German market as well as in all administrative matters and travel management (planning business trips, reservations, agenda management, etc.).
  • Independent handling of daytoday business including independent preparation and followup of customer and acquisition appointments as well as gathering of information
  • Independent order taking and processing in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions
  • Preparation of account openings, liquidity management and monitoring of client portfolios with regard to maturities of open pending items
  • Assumption of organizational and administrative tasks in the sense of comprehensive office management (correspondence, documentation, compliance tasks)
  • Collaboration in the organization and preparation of customer events as well as selective participation in representative events together with the customer advisors

Your profile*:

For this responsible position we are looking for a person with the following profile:

  • Completed banking or basic commercial training with several years of practical experience in private customer business
  • Understanding of the developments and interrelationships in the European markets, especially Germany
  • Experience in servicing private banking clients is an advantage
  • Experience in dealing with regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, AML etc.) and knowledge of crossborder regulations
  • Committed and proactive personality with a high level of initiative as well as a strong customer orientation and willingness to provide services with a high demand on quality and reliability
  • Empathic personality with good manners and excellent communication skills
  • High degree of initiative and independence as well as a precise and efficient way of working
  • Very good German and good English skills
