Your Responsibilities

• You are fully responsible for managing a portfolio mainly consisting of residential properties
• You develop and manage the annual budget including forecasts, monitor creditors, and conduct cost allocations
• You lead and train your subordinates (including setting goals and monitoring goal achievement)
• You support and advise tenants and owners, as well as manage facility managers
• You are accountable for ensuring and overseeing maintenance activities, conducting periodic condition assessments, and providing reports
• You handle lease changes, rent adjustments, and indexed rent adjustments
• You monitor current rent policies and advise property owners on rent setting

Your Profile

• You have a Federal Certificate in Real Estate Management or relevant further education in the real estate field
• You have several years of work experience in the real estate industry, knowledge of tenancy law, and basic construction knowledge
• Your native language is German and ideally, you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages
• You possess strong social and self-management skills with the ability of self-regulation
• You embody customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
• You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to innovation
• You have self-learning skills and derive joy from sharing your knowledge with others
