Wir suchen eine:n Working Student, die/der unser Event
- und Backoffice Team unterstützt. Von der Planung und Durchführung verschiedenster Projekte und Events. Strukturierte Planung, Teamarbeit und Kommunikation spielen dabei eine Schlüsselrolle.

Was ist ein Working Student? Um jungen Talenten die Möglichkeit zu geben, neben ihrem Studium oder ihrer Weiterbildung zu arbeiten, hat HP das Working Student-Programm implementiert. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Teilzeit bei HP zu arbeiten, während unser Unternehmen Sie bei Ihrer nächsten Ausbildung unterstützt.

Als Working Student im Event Team werden Sie für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich sein:
**Hauptaufgaben**
- Allgemeine Administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben: Budget und Abrechnung für interne Events überwachen, Spesen abrechnen, Event/Büromaterial-Lager bewirtschaften
- Beschwerdemanagement: Klassifizieren, Erledigen oder Weiterleiten sämtlicher eingehenden Beschwerden und überwachen der getroffenen Massnahmen
- Koordination und Umsetzung von Webseiten via unseren HP internen Dienstleister (in Englisch)
- Monatliche administrative Vorbereitung und multimediale Unterstützung des «HP Coffee Talk» (Mitarbeiter-Anlass), gestalten der Präsentationsfolien, Planen von Interaktionen etc.
- Unterstützung bei Webinaren/Events in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Eventsteam und der Geschäftsleitung (in der Vorbereitung und am Event selbst, umfasst zahlreiche Aufgabenbereiche)
- Weitgehend selbständige Planung, Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung von kleineren Events/Aktivitäten (z.B. Christmas Apero, monatlicher Birthday Breakfast)
- Unterstützung bei der Aufbereitung und beim Verkauf von Demogeräten

**Anforderungen**
- Zuverlässiges und selbständiges Erledigen von administrativen Aufgaben
- Strukturierte Vorgehensweise in Planung, Organisation und Kommunikation
- Emotionale Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit (Umgang mit Termindruck)
- Teamfähigkeit - arbeitet gerne mit anderen zusammen und bringt sich ein
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)

**Ausbildung**:

- Abschluss als Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ
