Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital procurement tools and processes that support the company's procurement strategy.
  • Collaborate with crossbusiness and functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices using digital solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards using digital tools and systems.
  • Manage procurement data and metrics using digital tools to support procurement reporting and decisionmaking.
  • Establish procurement performance metrics using digital technologies and monitor procurement performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive procurement process automation and system integration initiatives using digital solutions.
  • Develop and maintain training materials using digital platforms and deliver training to procurement staff on digital procurement processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, information systems, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience with a focus on digital procurement tools and processes
  • Strong understanding of digital procurement tools, software, platforms, including eprocurement systems, contract management, and supplier management.
  • Mindset geared towards Innovation and continuous improvement: the ability to think creatively, explore new procurement technologies and tools, and continuously improve procurement processes to achieve better results.
  • Capability to develop and execute a procurement strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, including the identification of new procurement technologies and tools.
  • Strong project management skill, certification is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills using digital tools and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced digital environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams using digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with procurement regulations, policies, and ethical standards, and their digital implementation.
