Salesforce Technical Product Manager

We are looking to add a skilled Salesforce Technical Product Manager to our team. We need someone who really knows their way around Salesforce - the products, architecture, data models, and automation processes.
This role requires solid experience in product or project management, particularly leading engineering teams in agile environments. The ideal candidate will drive project prioritization, coordinate activities, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce projects from planning to execution, ensuring they align with company goals and client expectations
- Analyze business requirements to create and implement effective data models and automation processes with Salesforce
- Collaborate with various teams to seamlessly integrate Salesforce solutions
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders for clear communication
- Promote agile project management practices to encourage continuous improvement
- Identify and manage project risks effectively
- Stay updated on Salesforce products and industry trends for recommending enhancements
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
- Provide training opportunities for team members and key users to boost their Salesforce expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product or project management focusing on Salesforce solutions
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce architecture, products, and data models
- Experience leading engineering teams in agile frameworks
- Proven track record in successful project delivery and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in German and English for effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
- Self-motivated and accountable
