Als Mitglied des neu gebildeten Teams Technical Expertise & Policy und Internationales (R-TPI) entwickeln Sie das TBTF-Framework für Banken und Versicherungen weiter. Es erwartet Sie eine vielfältige Aufgabenpalette.

Hauptaufgaben

Analyse der regulatorischen und wissenschaftlichen Entwicklungen im Bereich Recovery und Resolution, inkl. verfassen von relevanten Reports und konzeptionellen Arbeiten als Entscheidgrundlage für die FINMA Geschäftsleitung Finma Vertretung bei Regulierungsprojekten für Banken, FMIs und Versicherungen und in Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen Behörden Koordination und Stakeholdermanagement von nationalen und internationalen Partnerbehörden Mitarbeit bei der Beurteilung der Sanier- und Liquidierbarkeit von Banken Versicherungen und FMIs Mitarbeit bei der Beurteilung von Stabilisierungs-, Abwicklungs-, und Notfallplänen Situationsabhängig - Mitwirkung in akuten Krisensituationen bei destabilisierten Instituten Mitarbeit in internationalen Arbeitsgruppen

Profil

Hochschulabschluss vorzugsweise in ökonomischer und/oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Fachrichtung Erfahrung im Finanzwesen bei Banken, Versicherungen und/oder Finanzmarktinfrastrukturen Kommunikationsstark: fähig komplexe Sachverhalte einfach, verständlich und stakeholdergerecht zu vermitteln Teamplayer mit hohem Selbstorganisationsgrad und Wille zu projektorientiertem Arbeiten Rasche Auffassungsgabe und Fähigkeit sich auf das Wesentliche zu fokussieren Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (C2). Kenntnisse einer weiteren Amtssprache von Vorteil
