- Analyse und Behebung von Störfällen und Problemen unter Einhaltung der vollständigen Dokumentation
- Unterstützung und Schulung der internen IT-Anwender bei technischen Anfragen
- Durchführung von Tests und Implementierung neuer Softwareprodukte und Releases
- Installation, Pflege und Support von Arbeitsplatz
- und Peripheriesystemen
- Überwachung der IT-Systeme und automatisierten operativen Prozesse
- Verwaltung von Hardware-, Software
- und Netzwerkinventaren

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker*in
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Microsoft
- und Citrix-Umfeld
- Idealerweise Erfahrung als SAP-Anwender*in
- Vertrautheit mit ITIL-Konzepten und -Praktiken
- Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten (an verschiedenen Standorten) und Bereitschaftsdiensten
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen
- Fahrausweis der Kategorie B
