Acting as key service provider for the group, you will ensure correct processing and timely payment of all incoming supplier invoices for all relevant entities as well as enhance supplier relationship through collaboration and timely payments.


We are looking for a very trustable, entrepreneurial, and responsible personality with an international mindset to make this transition project successful and ensure long-term quality services to the group.


RESPONSABILITIES

  • Consolidation & Reporting:_
  • Manages the quarterly closing (data collection) and reporting process
  • Own the technical consolidation in Tagetik, i.e. administrates the ownership register (capital increases, scope) and the consolidation rules
  • Monitor intercompany elimination, perform reconciliation of intercompany transactions
  • Supports the preparation of the consolidated financial statements (currently based on OR and later based on Swiss GAAP FER or IAS/IFRS)
  • Acts as a contact person of our subsidiaries on accountingrelated inquiries
  • Reviews and followsup on the quarterly reporting of subsidiaries
  • Support the annual audit process of the group
  • Provides periodic financial reports and analyses to the Management Team and makes strategic financial recommendations to the Management Team, if needed
  • Controlling:_
  • Responsible for defining a stable planning/budgeting process and managing it on group level
  • Develops and implements best practices processes for all controlling functions on group level
  • Performs detailed reviews of overhead costs in Switzerland
  • Responsible for the implementation of project controlling on group level

Requirements:

YOUR EXPERTISE

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting / Controlling / Finance or equivalent
  • At least 5 years proven experience in a similar role on group level
  • Knowledge of the consolidation tool Tagetik and Power BI would be a strong asset
  • Project controlling experience would be a strong asset
  • Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders and to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to complete the assigned tasks under time pressure without compromising quality
  • Ability to take initiative and responsibility for the relevant scope of work
  • Business fluent in English is a must
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
