En tant que Category Manager, vous faites partie de l'équipe Grid Procurement au sein de la famille d'achat "Systèmes mécaniques Lignes et sous-stations" (structures métalliques, câbles, conducteurs ainsi que chaînes d'isolateurs). Vous assumez les tâches suivantes:

- Responsabilité de la planification, du contrôle et de la réalisation de tous les achats dans le domaine susmentionné, y compris les achats dans le cadre de la LMP/OMP et dans le respect des directives/règlements de Swissgrid
- Fonction d'interlocuteur/trice principal/e pour les chefs de projet lignes et sous-stations
- Évaluations et négociations des mandats pendant le processus d'adjudication, y compris les garanties contractuelles
- Responsabilité du monitoring et du reporting de vos activités ainsi que de la gestion des avenants et des prétentions des partenaires contractuels
- Responsabilité de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d'achat dans votre domaine en étroite collaboration avec différents départements internes (gestion de projet, finances, gestion des actifs, maintenance, etc.) et de la consolidation de la performance ainsi que des panels fournisseurs
- Mise en œuvre de leviers de création de valeur et initiation de mesures garantissant le contrôle des coûts, des risques et de la performance des fournisseurs ainsi que l'introduction de l'achat durable dans votre catégorie d'achat.

Pour ce poste, nous recherchons une personnalité entreprenante et analytique, dotée d'une grande autonomie et d'un grand engagement en quête du changement. Vous vous distinguez par une méthode de travail responsable et orientée solutions et, en tant que team player vous êtes la force dynamique et capable de fédérer les gens pour vos initiatives. Vous avez également les compétences suivantes:

- Formation d'acheteur ou formation technique, avec une bonne compréhension du domaine des achats
- Bonnes connaissances de la législation sur les marchés publics et de l'expérience dans les secteurs Energies ou infrastructures
- Bonnes compétences en négociations, à même de gérer les conflits et de définir les priorités dans l'intérêt des projets et de l'entreprise
- Très bonne connaissance de SAP et des modules dédiés aux achats (SAP S4 et Ariba) ainsi que des outils MS-Office
- Connaissance de l'allemand ou du français au niveau langue maternelle et excellente connaissance de l'autre langue ainsi que de l'anglais
