The COO will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, including:
- Developing and implementing operational plans and strategies to support the growth and success of the startup
- Overseeing the management of all business processes, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations
- Managing the company's budget and ensuring that the startup is operating within its financial constraints
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Working closely with the CEO and other members of the leadership team to develop and implement longterm strategic plans for the startup
- Providing guidance and support to the leadership team and other employees to help them achieve their goals and objectives
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, partners, and investors.

Drive strategies for enhanced business processes.

Identify and implement efficiencies for increased productivity.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with the CEO and leadership for strategic execution.
Provide guidance and support for team success.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
