Your Responsibilities

  • Establish a benchmarking knowledge base for electrochemistry relevant for electrolyzers /fuel cells and batteries
  • Define and establish processes and tools for electrochemical investigations
  • Define specifications for innovative coatings
  • Setup and maintain a set of a cutting edge electrochemical test equipment, incl. IT tools and automation
  • Define lab scale tests and analyze data from electrochemical measurement
  • Foster collaboration with leading universities and benchmarking suppliers
Your Profile

  • University degree in physical chemistry, preferably in electrochemistry
  • 3+ years of experience in electrochemistry (industry or university)
  • Good knowledge in material science
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of electrolyzers / fuel cells or batteries is a strong plus
  • Profound understanding of mechanism of corrosion, conductivity and isolation
  • Very good English skills, German a plus
  • Cando mentality and ability to build relationships
  • Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
