Im Hochleistungslabor in Baden werden Prototypen von Hochspannungsgeräten auf ihre Tauglichkeit bei Kurzschlussversuchen getestet. Der/die Prüfingenieur/in im Hochleistungslabor plant und führt Prüfungen im Hochleistungslabor durch. Er/sie sorgt bei denen ihm übertragenen Prüfungen für eine zeitnahe Angebotserstellung, für eine effiziente und korrekte Versuchsdurchführung nach wissenschaftlichen Methoden (normengerechte Versuchsdurchführung und -auswertung), deren Dokumentation und Berichterstattung, sowie für Effizienz beim Betrieb der Prüf- und Messanlagen. Während der Versuche sorgt er/sie für die Einhaltung der zulässigen Grenzwerte der Anlage sowie für die Sicherheit aller beteiligten Personen.
Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:
Planung und Durchführung von elektrischen Leistungsversuchen inklusive Leitung und Koordination der Prüfaufbauten Planung und Festlegung des Prüfprogramms und der Beurteilungskriterien unter Berücksichtigung einschlägiger Prüfstandards und der Kundenspezifikationen Auslegung und Überprüfung der Prüfkreise und Versuchsanordnungen sowie der einzustellenden Anlagenwerte. Erstellung der laufenden Dokumentation gemäss der Qualitätsrichtlinien und Weisungen Erstellung und Kontrolle der Prüfprotokolle und Testberichte. Instandhaltung, Erweiterung und Verbesserung der Abteilungs-EDV sowie der Messeinrichtungen und Aufzeichnungsgeräte Erstellen von Kundenangeboten sowie die korrekte Leistungsverrechnung der geleisteten Prüfungen Betreuung, Planung und Koordination von internen Projekten zur Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung des LeistungslaborsIhr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium, Fachbereich Elektrotechnik, vorzugsweise Hochspannungstechnik Vorzugsweise Kenntnisse im Prüflaborbetrieb, in der Messtechnik und im sicheren Umgang mit Elektrizität Deutsch und Englisch mindestens auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau.
