Your challenge*:


In your role as a Product Architect, you are responsible for the successful design, implementation and maintenance of our Client Communication Center.

This process oriented platform brings together all client communications, provides access to the collected information for the relationship manager and ensures audit compliant retention.


Your specific duties include:

  • Design, implementation and maintenance of a client communication engine that collects all client communication and makes the collected data available for AI analytics and audit
  • Technical lead for the implementation of new features
  • Ensure the solution design meets LGT's architecture guidelines and technical standards
  • Create a technical roadmap for the Client Communication Center and management of dependencies
  • Break down solution designs into actionable deliverables for your team
  • Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial solution design
  • Resolve technical problems as they arise
  • Continuously assess and improve the system architecture

Your profile*:

  • A solid track record in engineering and software architecture design
  • Familiarity with data lakes, GenAI, VoiP and voice transcription E
- perience in process modeling in BPMN or UML

  • Basic knowledge in Java and/or JavaScript advantageous
  • Indepth knowledge of cloud principles and technologies, various operating systems, databases, integration patterns and methods as well as microservice architectures Ecellent communication abilities, including the capability to simplify comple
