We are currently looking for a new Global Cybersecurity Certification Professional in Zug, Switzerland. Come and join us on our fascinating journey

Your new responsibilities

  • Coaching the local R&D and Product Management team in execution of certification activities
  • Advising on audit scope
  • Helping in shaping the project team
  • Assisting with a cybersecurity training plan for the organization
  • Recommending on gap analysis as a preparation for the audits
  • Being the first point of contact for auditors
  • Assisting during onsite audits
  • Reviewing audit result "Technical report" and preparing "Lesson learnt"
  • Maintaining certification roadmap
  • Provide regular management reporting on certification status

Your skills

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable, with an additional qualification within cybersecurity
  • 35 years of practical experience within cybersecurity, preferably including work with large global companies
  • Experience with cybersecurity audits
  • Thorough understanding of cybersecurity standard IEC62443 (knowledge of 42 and 41 parts would be beneficial)
  • Knowledge and experience with IoT hardware and firmware
  • Certifications like CISSP, CISA or similar is an advantage
  • A good communication, in order to collaborate efficiently with different internal and external partners
  • A curious and openminded personality with desire to learn
  • A winning personality, able to collaborate effectively in global teams, but also able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • In addition to being fluent in English, you have good skills in German (or any other European language)
