Responsibilities

• You lead the team of patient billing / invoicing both professionally and personally (7 team members)
• You are accountable for the timely and accurate invoicing of all outpatient and inpatient services (12 locations) according to current rates and contracts
• You advise and train stakeholders to ensure proper and complete service recording and validate it
• In addition to your leadership role, you actively participate in day-to-day operations and conduct performance monitoring concerning accurate service recording and invoicing
• You optimize processes and workflows in the field of service recording and billing and collaborate in specialized projects as needed
• To maintain quality, you create work instructions, case management concepts, and training materials

Your Profile

• You have a commercial or medical basic education with relevant further education (hospital specialist with federal diploma or similar)
• You have in-depth knowledge of rates in the healthcare sector - advantageous in the area of ST Rehab, TARPSY, Tarmed, and Paramedical rates
• You have professional and potentially initial leadership experience in a similar role in a hospital or health insurance environment
• You are known for your strong numerical skills and your precise and efficient way of working
• In addition to a networked mindset, you also possess organizational talent, high resilience, and assertiveness
