Conference Associate
Temp Mission of 10 months from September 2023 until June 2024
**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION: **The incumbent will work with the Business Center team in order to provide a high quality and professional support to his colleagues by coordinating details for conferences, meetings and special events at Geneva HQ. He/she will provide all necessary support to achieve a 5 star service. He/She will also propose his service to help the General Service department for other general tasks. He/She is also in charge of providing specific "a la carte" services to members of the Excom and their assistants.
Manages the service for our ExCom members in order to provide a timely and reliable service.
The associate will coordinate the necessary support to the ExCom assistants, insure the offices and conference rooms set-ups and catering supervision.
Back-up of the VIP services associate.
Manages the service the Business Center in order to ensure a professional and 5 star quality service for alll conferences/cocktails/special events inside or oustide (Geneva region) the HQ organised with his team support.
Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.
**PROFIL ATTENDU: **University degree, "Ecole Hotelière" a must Hotel background: banquet / reception / service, VIP service implementation a must Fluency in English and French. Comfortable with MS Office Applications.
