**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Global Commodity Leader zusammen, um die Beschaffungsstrategie für den zugewiesenen Standort und/oder für das Unternehmen zu entwickeln, um die Ziele in Bezug auf variable Kosten, Produktivität, Cashflow und Controlling zu erreichen
- Leitung/Unterstützung der globalen Lieferantenauswahl, -qualifizierung, -entwicklung und des gesamten Lieferantenmanagements
- Verhandlung von Verträgen/Bestellungen, einschließlich der Verwaltung des gesamten Vertragslebenszyklus von der Angebotsanfrage bis zur Auslieferung durch den Lieferanten
- Minimierung des GE-Risikos durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams für Projekte und Verträge, Aushandlung von Geschäftsbedingungen gemäß den GE-Richtlinien (Commercial, Legal, Commodity Sourcing, Engineering), um sicherzustellen, dass die Kundenanforderungen an die Lieferanten weitergegeben werden
- Entwicklung von technischem und Markt-Know-how im globalen Rohstoffbereich
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technikern, Einkäufern und Qualitätsingenieuren der Beschaffung, um sicherzustellen, dass die Erfüllungs
- und Qualitätsanforderungen erfüllt werden
- Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik
- und Handelsteams, um sicherzustellen, dass angemessene regionale Kapazitäten vorhanden sind, um die Transportkosten zu minimieren und die Lokalisierungsanforderungen zu erfüllen
- Enge Abstimmung mit den globalen Warenführern, um die Fähigkeiten der Lieferanten zu ermitteln und zu bewerten sowie die Leistung der Lieferanten zu messen und zu verwalten
- Aushandeln der niedrigstmöglichen Kosten unter Beibehaltung der höchsten Qualität von Waren und Dienstleistungen

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Abschluss von einer anerkannten Universität oder Hochschule
- Erfahrung im Bereich Sourcing & Buying-Procurement
- Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft und/oder im Maschinenbau ist ein Plus
- Power Max/SAP-Erfahrung
- lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit zeichnen dich aus
- Bewährte Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
