What to expect

• You will be responsible for repair, maintenance, and assembly work on systems, machinery, and equipment
• You will support Holcim in meeting their high standards of safety, quality, and environmental standards
• As a specialist, you will contribute your expertise to preventive maintenance and increase the productivity of the plant
• You will work on welding and sheet metal constructions and operate cutting machines for custom-made parts
• To continue our sustainable journey, you will optimize systems, machinery, and processes
• You will support and advise during revisions and downtime together with the maintenance team

• Educational background in mechanics, preferably with experience in maintaining industrial plants
