What you will be doing:
  • Efficiently process invoice corrections with high quality (outpatient and inpatient, mandatory health insurance and voluntary health insurance).
  • Handle double insurance situations (mandatory health insurance) with other health insurance companies.
  • Clarify various incoming payments in SAP in collaboration with our finance department and customer accounting department.
  • Review and process various Excel spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a service-oriented and professional manner.
  • Your knowledge and experience, which we are keen to foster, are important to us, whether in project or work groups.
What you bring to the table:
  • Completed commercial or paramedical training (in a medical practice, pharmacy, or drugstore) combined with commercial further education.
  • Work independently, efficiently, accurately, and flexibly? Feel comfortable and unafraid of tasks that involve mass processing.
  • Enjoy working with applications, quickly grasp connections, and like to investigate questions thoroughly.
  • Ideally, you have experience in the health insurance sector.
