Unser/e Praktikant/in wird in einem dynamischen und interessanten Umfeld arbeiten und Einblicke in verschiedene Themenbereiche erhalten. Sie werden verschiedene Aufgaben übernehmen, die sich auf die Vorbehandlung von Abfällen konzentrieren, die bei pharmazeutischen Prozessen anfallen. Dies ist eine einmalige Gelegenheit für eine/n junge/n Student/in, der Erfahrungen in der Unterstützung der verfahrenstechnischen Gruppe in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion sammeln möchte.

Im Allgemeinen wird der/die Student/in die folgenden Schlüsselaktivitäten der Prozesstechnologiegruppe von Lonza Small Molecules unterstützen.

Die Dauer des Praktikums ist angesetzt für 6 -12 Monate ab Februar 2024.

Aufgaben:

- Unterstützung von internen Projekten zur Abwasseraufbereitung und Lösungsmittelrückgewinnung
- Prozessentwicklung mit Simulationstools und Laborexperimenten
- Optimierung laufender Prozesse
- Evaluation alternativer Technologien zur Vorbehandlung von Prozessabfallströmen
- Potentialidentifikation zur Verbesserung der Nachhaltigkeit laufender Prozesse, Data-Science-Aktivitäten

Anforderungen
- Interesse an Prozessentwicklung und -optimierung; Umweltverfahrenstechnik und Abfallbehandlung
- Verständnis von thermischer Trenntechnik und Mischphasen-Thermodynamik
- Kreative, autonome und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
- Fähigkeit in einem sich schnell entwickelnden Arbeitsumfeld zu arbeiten und mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu lösen
- Kompetenzen in Organisations
- und Projektmanagement
- (Fast) abgeschlossenes Bachelor
- oder begonnenes Masterstudium in Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik oder ähnlichen Disziplinen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und Powerpoint
- Erfahrung mit Prozesssimulationssoftware wie Aspen Plus oder Chemcad von Vorteil
- Solide Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, Bereitschaft Neues zu lernen und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Einhaltung ethischer Standards sowie Bewahrung von Diskretion
- Professioneller Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
- Berechtigung in der Schweiz zu arbeiten und wohnen (Schweizerische Arbeits
- und Aufenthaltsberechtigung oder EU-/EFTA-Staatsangehörigkeit)
