Dein Gestaltungsraum

  • Du verantwortest die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Prozessen und Tools für das Konzernrisikomanagement
  • Identifikation, Analyse und Bewertung von Konzernrisiken in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben. Dazu zählen die Risikoaggregation, die Sensitivitätsanalyse sowie die Auswirkungen auf die Finanzplanung
  • Um die Nachhaltigkeit-Thematik ("ESG") in das Risikomanagement-Rahmenwerk zu integrieren, baust du ein ESG-bezogenes strategisches und operatives Risiko-, Chancen- und Impact-Management auf
  • Du erstellst Datengrundlagen, Modelle und Berichte, um Risiken und Chancen transparent und verständlich darzustellen und zu vermitteln

Das bringst du mit

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni, FH) in Naturwissenschaften, Technik oder BWL oder eine gleichwertige Weiterbildung
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement, in der Energiewirtschaft und/oder im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte quantitative und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine praxisbezogene Affinität zu Zahlen, IT und Programmierung gehören zu deinen Stärken
  • Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich stilsicher in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du schätzt die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Konzerns
