IHRE HERAUSFORDERUNGEN
- Sie unterstützen das Produktmanagement / Key Account Team / Qualitätsmanagement und sind verantwortlich für die Definition und Umsetzung aller qualitätsrelevanten Anforderungen für neue sowie bestehende Produkte / Prozesse.
- Qualitätsverantwortung bei Innovations- und Verlagerungsprojekten, insbesondere herunterbrechen der Kundenforderungen in Qualitätsplänen, Überwachung der Q-Plan Elemente (Prüfvorgaben, Erstmusterprüfungen, Rückverfolgbarkeit, Q-Nachweisdokumente, etc.)
- Koordination und Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
- Verantwortlich für die Durchführung der D-FMEA
- Unterstützung in P-FMEA
- Bearbeitung von Änderungsanträgen
- Durchführung von internen und externen Audits
- Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Prozesse
- Unterstützung Produkt- und Qualitätsmanagement bei Kundenbesuchen, Kundenaudits und Erreichung der Qualitätsziele
IHRE KOMPETENZEN
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Qualitätsfachmann / Qualitätsmanager
- Technische Grundausbildung mit einer soliden Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, Kundenreklamationen und Qualitätsvorausplanung
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Qualitätswerkzeugen wie FMEA, Ishikawa, 3-legged 5 why, Fishbone diagram, SPC, etc.
- Systematisches, methodisches und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Hohes Mass an Selbständigkeit
- Bereitschaft zur Kenntniserweiterung
- Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
