- Review of daily transactions of the treasury system into the accounting system and monitoring of the import.
- Correction and reconciliation of the daily transactions imported from the treasury system into the
- accounting system.
- Resolve unreconciled items coming from treasury transit accounts, payments received and direct debits in the accounting system.
- Perform cash pooling intercompany accounts reconciliation.
- Issuing bank reconciliation between Treasury Management and accounting systems
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Experience in junior role in treasury or accounting department
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to interact cross-functionally
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Power Point,...) required;
- Knowledge of Quantum FIS or other Treasury Management System experience is a plus;
- Fluency in English required, French is a plus
