DescriptionThe FIFA Museum is all about sharing the magic of football with fans worldwide. Join us as a VR Host / Museum Visitor Support (m/f/d), 20-60% and play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors. As part of our dynamic team, you will engage with guests of all ages, guide them through the VR experience, and ensure their safety and enjoyment. Your creativity and enthusiasm will shine as you bring the world of football to life through engaging storytelling and interactive activities. This flexible position offers hourly pay and primarily weekend shifts, allowing you to be the face of fun and excitement at the museum.Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting visitors with the VR Experience
  • Introducing and guiding visitors on VR equipment usage
  • Storytelling related to the VR and museum content
  • Ensuring a safe and enjoyable VR experience
  • Setting up and maintaining VR equipment
  • Monitoring equipment functionality and performance
  • Ongoing care and troubleshooting of VR equipment
  • Collaborating on pinball station supervision
  • Handling additional tasks during events
  • Supervising entertainment media and reporting issues
  • Being the point of contact for emergencies and crisis management
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Engaging personality comfortable with an international audience
  • Passion for football and its history
  • Strong presentation and tech skills
  • Ability to remain calm and outgoing in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
