**Deine Aufgaben**
- Aktive Mithilfe bei der Weiterentwicklung des Customer Services
- Inbound-Kundensupport über sämtliche Kanäle wie Chat, E-Mail und Telefon
- Bindeglied zwischen Gästen, Delivery, Restaurants und anderen Abteilungen
- Verwaltung von vorübergehend geschlossenen Restaurants und nicht verfügbarer Produkte
- Administrative Arbeiten wie Statistiken und Auswertungen
- Gutscheinhandling
- Bearbeitung von Kundenrezessionen auf diversen Kanälen wie Google, TripAdvisor, etc.
- Unterstützung in den sozialen Medien (z. B. Facebook und Instagram)
- Möglichkeit zur Anpassung des Aufgabengebietes je nach Fähigkeiten des Bewerbenden
**Dein Profil**
- Mind. 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Kundendienst
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist ein Plus
- Einwandfreie Umgangsformen
- Stressresistent
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Freude an neuen Systemen
