Ihre Hauptaufgaben

Teilprojektleitung von Kundenprojekten während der Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Produktvarianten Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Verifikationen und allgemeinen Tests Auswertung von durchgeführten Verifikationen und Tests sowie Definition und Koordination der notwendigen Optimierungen Unterstützen bei der Einführung der Produkte in die Produktion Planen und durchführen der Product Development Arbeiten in Kunden-Projekten gemäss internen Vorgaben und dem aktuellen Stand der Technik Erstellen von technischen Dokumenten während des Entwicklungsprozesses gemäss internen Vorgaben Arbeitsverteilung unter den Mitarbeitenden im Product Development Projekt-Teams nach Vorgabe Fachliche Betreuung von Product Development Projekt-Team

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ingenieur/in FH/ETH/TU idealerweise im Bereich Maschinenbau/Mikrotechnik/Medizintechnik Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung. Industrieerfahrung und Know-How in der Medizintechnik von Vorteil Ausgeprägte vernetzte und bereichsübergreifende Denk- und Handlungsweise Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Erfahrung im Erstellen von technischen Dokumenten Professionelle Lösungskompetenz Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
