Manager IaaS NetSec, Operations
Job description
As Manager IaaS NetSec, Operations , you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the network and security infrastructure of a global network in a complex IT and OT environment. The ideal candidate will have sound technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a multinational team.
Profile
The Manager IaaS NetSec, Operations duties:
Plan, coordinate, and manage the activities of the NetSec operations team Develop, deploy and improve security operations standard and procedures Develop, deploy and improve appropriate communication channels with our customers Participate in the respond to network and security incidents Lead the development and implementation of operational controls Monitor network and security systems for abnormal activities Provide technical guidance and consultation to team members Ensure optimal collaboration with the DC, Security and Network engineering teamsProfessional requirements
3 to 5 years' experience in a similar managerial position Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science Professional experience in IT support and personnel management Fortinet, Palo Alto and Cisco certifications or proven knowledge are highly desirable. Problem-solving, Leadership and Organizational skills.The holder of this position have a strong understanding of the following systems or technologies:
Infrastructure Monitoring solutions (PRTG, ManageEngine, NNMi, etc.) ITSM and collaborative platforms Network and Security best practices and standards IT Equipment LifeCycle Management ITIL framework and processes Network and Firewall automation platformsLanguages
