Store Manager German Speaker

Worldwide athletic footwear brand is looking for a customer-focused:

STORE MANAGER (German Speaker) COD. 21645

Responsibilities and activities:

  • Ensuring there is an exceptional customer experience throughout the store;
  • Managing daily operations;
  • Motivating your team to achieve and exceed their sales targets;
  • Interviewing, recruiting and training new employees;
  • Training and guiding the team in developing sales skills to improve shop performance and productivity;
  • Monitoring the staff list;
  • Monitoring and checking stock levels,
  • Processing orders;
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints;
  • Keeping statistical and financial records;
  • Driving revenue growth and meet targets;
  • Guiding the processes and operating procedures with the aim of meeting and exceeding the company's financial and standards targets;
  • Assuring that the team follows company policy and procedures and adheres to good workplace safety practices.

Main requirements:

  • At least three years of sales experience, preferably in sports retail and in a managerial role;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Problem solving and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and innovative spirit;
  • Understanding of business acumen and how to analyse reports to increase sales;

Fluency in German and preferably in English;

CHF30, CHF50,000.00 per year

Schedule:
