**40-60 % **:Die Digitalisierung stellt Gesellschaft und Wissenschaft vor neue Herausforderungen. Die Digital Society Initiative (DSI) wurde 2016 an der Universität Zürich (UZH) gegründet und ist das Kompetenzzentrum der Universität Zürich zum digitalen Wandel.
Im Bereich Lehre unterhält die DSI Lehrprogramme auf allen Stufen der universitären Bildung, damit Studierende Kompetenzen in Digitalisierungsthemen auf
- und ausbauen können. Eines dieser Programme ist der DSI Minor Digital Skills, ein für Studierende aller Fakultäten offenes Nebenfach auf Master-Stufe. Die DSI sucht eine Person mit Erfahrungen im Bereich Hochschulbildung für die operative Koordination aller Prozesse dieses neuen Programms.
**Ihre Aufgaben**: Sie sind verantwortlich für alle operativen Prozesse des DSI Minor Digital Skills. Sie arbeiten mit der Studienprogrammleitung und der School for Transdisciplinary Studies sowie mit weiteren organisatorischen Einheiten der UZH zusammen. Das Aufgabenspektrum umfasst insbesondere folgende Punkte:
- Administrative Arbeiten: Sie sind zuständig für die Umsetzung des Bewerbungsverfahrens, die Organisation von Veranstaltungen des DSI Minor Digital Skills, sowie Dokumentation und Aktualisierung des Lehrangebots.
- Kontaktstelle: Sie sind primäre Ansprechperson für alle Studierenden und weitere in das Programm involvierte Personen.
- Kommunikation: Sie unterstützen die Kommunikation des DSI Minor Digital Skills.
**Ihr Profil**: Sie besitzen eine kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und wenn möglich bereits administrative Erfahrungen im universitären Lehrumfeld; idealerweise an der Universität Zürich. Sie sind versiert in der Nutzung von Office Tools und haben bereits Erfahrungen in der Nutzung weiterer für die Stelle relevanter Tools (z.B. CMS oder OLAT) bzw. Sie sind bereit, sich diese Kenntnisse anzueignen. Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse. Sie sind kommunikativ, haben Freude am Arbeiten mit Menschen und sind selbständig, initiativ und zuverlässig.
