Business Impact Manager

Nous recherchons un Business Impact Manager afin de renforcer l'équipe « Change management », au sein du COO office de la Banque privée. Vous aurez la responsabilité de mesurer l'impact effectif des projets conduits par l'unité « Clients privés » au niveau mondial, ainsi que l'évolution de ses processus clés en adéquation avec la stratégie de la Maison. Il vous reviendra aussi de proposer des solutions d'amélioration en collaboration avec l'équipe et les responsables de projets et de processus lorsque les objectifs ne sont pas atteints.

Dans cette fonction, vous serez amené à collaborer de manière étroite avec nos équipes projets, avec les responsables de nos principaux processus métiers, ainsi qu'avec nos spécialistes data et cockpits pour la mise à disposition et l'analyse des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).

VOTRE MISSION:

- Définir la stratégie d'évaluation de l'efficacité de nos principaux processus et de l'impact de chaque grand projet déployé dans l'unité
- Collaborer avec les responsables de projets et de processus pour définir des indicateurs clairs et mesurables
- Participer à la mise en place des outils de suivi permettant l'évaluation des impacts recherchés en collaboration avec nos spécialistes data et cockpits
- Permettre une analyse indépendante des KPI's de chaque grand projet ou processus de l'unité
- Assurer un retour d'information continu (« feedback loop ») entre les équipes projets / processus et les utilisateurs finaux
- Proposer des solutions d'amélioration ou d'accompagnement quand les objectifs fixés ne sont pas atteints
- Paramétrer et mettre en œuvre les initiatives envisagées (« call to action ») dans le futur « Action dashboard » des banquiers, assistants, gérants de portefeuille, spécialistes et managers de l'unité.
- Participer aux autres activités de l'équipe de « change management » en fonction de l'actualité des projets

PROFIL RECHERCHE:

- Être au bénéfice d'un master en management ou un titre/parcours jugé équivalent
- Aptitude et expérience dans l'analyse d'indicateurs clés de fonctionnent d'un processus et/ou d'un projet
- Capacité à encadrer un large panel de participants pluridisciplinaires
- Bonne compréhension des métiers de la banque privée, des systèmes bancaires et des processus de gestion de fortune
- La bonne connaissance de l'outil Tableau serait un plus
- Excellent esprit d'analyse, de synthèse et de recommandation
- Faire preuve d'esprit d'initiative, d'engagement et être orienté solution client
- Capable de travailler dans un environnement en rapide évolution
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, capacité à travailler en équipe et à défendre ses idées
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral/écrit) obligatoire, allemand un plus
