We Elevate

Your Responsibilities:

You ensure the patent process through identifying and evaluating technical innovations to strengthen our IP Competencies in the field of Electronics, Power Electronics and Electrical Machines.

Some of your exciting challenges include:

• Providing consulting services for management in all patent and design matters
• Close collaboration with development teams across the Schindler Group and coordinating external patent agents
• Enforcement or defence of own patents, invalidation of 3rd party patents, and elaboration of expert opinions for validity and infringement of patents

Further requirements may include:

• Master's degree in engineering or physics
• Qualification as a European Patent Attorney
• Solid experience in patent attorney work of Electronics/ Power Electronics/ Electrical Machines in an international industrial environment
• Working proficiency in English and German
