On behalf of our client, a large bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Product Owner for Tailored Digital Content.

Main responsibilities

  • Deliver product increments within the IWMS platform as part of the Holistic Advice ART.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Product Management, Investment Content Management, Investment Specialists, Data Scientists, UX, Architecture, Campaign Management, and Channels.
  • Prioritize and advocate for a mínimal viable product (MVP) based on business value, scope, and priorities.
  • Manage product and team backlog in close cooperation with product management, business stakeholders, and IT.
  • Lead the agile team for both ChangetheBank (CtB) and RuntheBank (RtB) initiatives.
  • Utilize SAFe or Agile methodologies to drive large transformation programs.
  • Foster a Quality and DevOps Culture within the team.

Your skills:

  • University degree or equivalent in science, business informatics, banking, or finance.
  • Expert knowledge and practical experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile methodologies for delivering large transformation programs.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in digital transformation consulting or change management functions within the Wealth Management/banking industry.
  • A strong track record in successfully delivering large transformation programs, with a focus on the Wealth Management value chain.
  • Profound understanding of the Wealth Management value chain, particularly in Investment Products, Investment Advisory, and After sales.
  • Experience in Quality and DevOps Culture will be considered a strong plus.
  • Outstanding analytical, conceptual, and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German would be a plus.
