Deine Aufgaben
  • Evaluieren von Soft- und Hardware sowie Erarbeiten von Lösungsvorschlägen inklusive Sicherstellen des Supports von Fachapplikationen
  • Installation und Integration neuer Hard- und Software, Sicherstellen der Systemfunktionalität, Verantwortung für den Telefonsupport der Leistungsbezüger/innen und das Account Management
  • Tätig sein als Brückenbauer/in zwischen Leistungsbezüger/innen, Koordinieren von Wartungs- und Reparatureinsätzen, Aufbieten von Fachkräften von Partnerorganisationen oder Dritten
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung, Bereitstellung von Auskünften über die aktuelle Situation und geplante Vorhaben aus Betriebssicht
  • Leisten von Pikettdienst (Arbeitsradius in der ganzen Schweiz) bei ausgewählten Übungen und Einsätzen unserer Leistungsbezüger/innen
Dein Profil
  • Abschluss einer höheren Fachschule in Informatik, Elektro-, Kommunikations- oder Fernmeldetechnik oder äquivalente Ausbildung
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Clients/Server Systeme, sicherer Umgang mit dazugehörigen Administrationstechnologien (z.B. OS, Virtualisierungssoftware, Monitoring etc.), Erfahrung mit Kommunikations- und Netzwerktechnologien (IT-Sicherheit und Datenbanksoftware)
  • Analytische, konzeptionelle und didaktische Fähigkeiten
  • Einwandfreier Leumund und Fahrausweis der Kategorie B erforderlich; militärische Ausbildung und Vorhandensein einer Amateurfunkprüfung von Vorteil
  • Gute aktive Kenntnisse einer zweiten Amtssprache sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
