In dieser Funktion bist du Teil des Sales Audit Corporate Teams, welches unsere Wirtschaftsprüfer von der Ausarbeitung von Offerten und bis hin zum Sales Pitch unterstützt. Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung und Erforschung von aufkommenden Technologien, Trends und bewährten Verfahren im Bereich Vertrieb, Präsentationen und Angebotsmanagement.

Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams, um Ideen zu entwickeln, Prototypen zu erstellen und innovative Lösungen zu testen.

Kontinuierliche Pflege und Aktualisierung interner Wissensdatenbanken, Bibliotheken, Intranet Auftritt des Sales Teams sowie von Mustervorlagen

Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation von Angebotsprozessen, Methodologien und Lessons Learned zur Förderung des Wissensaustauschs und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.

Selbständige Unterstützung bei kleineren Angebotsanfragen mithilfe effizienter Templates und Tools sowie Übernahme der Koordinationsaktivitäten mit Grafik Designern

Kommunikation mit Teammitgliedern und anderen Funktionen wie Marketing, um Feedback zu sammeln, Anfragen zu beantworten und Unterstützung bei Innovations
- und Wissensmanagementinitiativen zu leisten.

Deshalb bist du erfolgreich

Neugierige, aufgeschlossene und verlässliche Persönlichkeit, welche gerne lernt und an den Aufgaben wächst sowie Teamplayer ist

Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder Marketing wünschenswert

Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift), Französisch wünschenswert

Interesse an Innovationsmanagement, Vertrieb und Kommunikation

Frühere Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, Projektmanagement sowie administrativen und koordinierenden Funktionen sind von Vorteil
