Senior Counsel - Legal Support

We are in search of a seasoned Senior Counsel to offer strategic and operational legal guidance to the APAC CSL Vifor commercial division, as well as support for CSL Vifor's Tech Ops function.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with CSL Vifor business leaders in the region
  • Provide legal support for commercial operations, including contract negotiation and advising on engagements with stakeholders
  • Offer corporate legal support for operations in the region and manage disputes/litigation
  • Coordinate with various legal partners and provide legal counsel for Tech Ops activities
  • Advise on legal matters related to pharmaceutical business operations
  • Supervise litigation and advise on contract strategy and execution
  • Participate in global operations legal activities
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and J.D. or equivalent foreign degree
  • Bar admission in Switzerland or permission for in-house practice
  • LL.M. preferable
  • Strong knowledge of one of the main Chinese languages
  • 10+ years' international corporate or law firm legal experience
  • 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry
