For our most recent mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:

Industry | Legal Counsel | Zurich | Temp. 1-3 months | 50% - 100% | CHF 120'000+

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current selfdeclaration of the client in the context of certification (specifically ATEX)
  • Provide expert opinion regarding liability issues in the Logistics and IoT environment
  • Recommend potential remediation measures where appropriate
  • Undertake thorough analysis of root causes of process failures
  • Prepare high quality reports to assist in further actions

Experience:

- (Swiss) legal background

  • Superior command in English, German is an asset
  • Specialization in certification standards in the Logistics and IoT environment
  • Experience in ATEX standards and ability to provide analysis in this regard
  • Proven experience in selfdeclaration processes in the context of Logistics and IoT
