What you do
  • Planning and implementing innovation projects
  • Leading and participating in cross-functional projects
  • Facilitating project meetings
  • Ensuring standardized project management
  • Continuously analyzing technical improvement possibilities on our production equipment
  • Supporting production departments in technical matters
  • Second Level Support for maintaining drives, complex controls, software analysis
What you bring
  • Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
  • Work experience: 5 years in the food industry is advantageous
  • Completed technical vocational training (Automated Systems Engineer, Electrical Fitter)
  • Technical further education (Higher Technical School or University of Applied Sciences)
  • Several years of project experience (food industry)
  • Proficient in various control systems (Siemens S7, S7 TIA)
  • Methodological competencies in Lean Management / Continuous Improvement Process
  • IT skills, SAP, CAD knowledge
  • Reliable and precise work ethic with a strong focus on quality
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • German (native language)
  • English (good knowledge)
