**Beschreibung**

Um den heutigen Anforderungen einer kommerziellen Produktion im GMP-Umfeld gerecht zu werden, sind Zuverlässigkeit und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen des aktuellen Standards unerlässlich. Daher gehören neben fundierten fachlichen Kenntnissen auch die Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Reflektion und Anpassung des eigenen Agierens zu den Grundkompetenzen jedes Spare Parts Life Cycle Manager.

Spare Parts Life Cycle Manager verfügen über die Fachkompetenz zum sicheren Betrieb von Lagereinrichtungen und halten sich auf Stand bezüglich behördlichen und internen Vorgaben. Spare Parts Life Cycle Manager besitzen eine hohe Fähigkeit zu selbstorganisiertem und selbst motiviertem Arbeiten und stossen Projekte zur Prozessverbesserung an und führen sie zum Abschluss.

Darüber hinaus ist eine vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit allen Kollegen und Schnittstellen wichtig. Um diese Aspekte zu stärken und eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung weiter auszubauen, werden Methoden wie «Feedback geben und annehmen», sowie «Peer Coaching», regelmässig angewendet. Des Weiteren wird die Bereitschaft zum Lernen und Anwenden neuer Prozesse und Technologien erwartet. Dadurch trägt der Mitarbeiter zu seiner eigenen Weiterentwicklung bei und kann bei Bedarf innerhalb der «flexible Workforce» auch angrenzende Betriebe unterstützen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Verantwortlich für die Bewirtschaftung der dezentralen Ersatzteillager in Kaiseraugst (PT) "SAP"-geführter
Ersatzteilen, inklusive Unterhalt und Gewährleistung eines sicheren Betriebs der Lagereinrichtungen
- Bestandsoptimierung, risikooptimierte Ersatzteilhaltung und Ersatzteilbewertung von Neu
- und Bestandsanlagen (Pharma-Produktionsanlagen)
- End of Life (EoL) Management von Ersatzteilen inkl. Lieferantenkoordination
- Qualitative Wareneingangsprüfung inkl. Zertifikate und Inventur
- EoL Abstimmung/Strategie Value Streams/ Site Eng.
- Aufnahme von neuen Ersatzteilen inkl. Zuordnung zu den technischen Plätzen
- Reparaturkoordination von Ersatzteilen
- Gebrauchtersatzteilhandling (Beschaffung/Verkauf/Fachgerechte Entsorgung)
- ET Logistik Consulting/Services für Kundenorganisationen
- Initiierung Change Prozesse Komponenten Tausch wegen EoL
- Initial Setup Projekt, wenn Austausch des ET nicht möglich und grössere Anpassungen an Anlage erforderlich
- Vertraulichkeit aller personenbezogenen und sensiblen Betriebsdaten
- Förderung und Aufrechterhaltung eines kollegialen und leistungsorientierten Arbeitsklimas
- Kostenbewusstes Arbeiten und Optimierung der Prozesse im Aufgabenbereich, unternehmerischen Denken im Sinne von Roche
- Sicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich
- Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Erfüllung der beschriebenen Aufgaben

**Ihre Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Automatiker / Polymechaniker / Mechatroniker / Elektriker /Servicetechniker oder Logistiker im ähnlichen Umfeld (**)
- Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen, idealerweise im Pharmaumfeld (**)
- SAP Kenntnisse (**)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft, körperlich tätig zu sein (Pakete tragen, Inventar,..)
- Gutes technisches Verständnis
- Genauigkeit
- Teamorientiertes und motiviertes Verhalten
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Proaktiv und mitdenkend
