What to expect
- Ensure procurement and availability of an assigned range of products in the ICT solution business
- As part of our collegial 5-person purchasing team, take over assigned suppliers and be responsible for continuously optimizing procurement methods, processes, and costs
- Manage orders in our ERP system (Navision), maintain delivery dates, clarify goods receipt issues, and process invoices and credit notes. By constantly monitoring our stock values, you make a significant contribution to the company's success.
- Collaborate with various people in other departments such as logistics, product management, accounting, and sales, keeping them informed about relevant processes and changes
- Maintain current price lists and closely coordinate with the product management team. Your insights into product sales are crucial for shaping our range of products
- Pleasant and family-like working atmosphere, you are not just a "number" to us
What you bring to the table
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or business school, ideally coupled with initial further education
- You have professional experience in operational procurement and/or dealing with manufacturers and suppliers
- You work independently and efficiently, think analytically and holistically, and question processes to actively shape them
- You enjoy working in a team, are resilient, and take responsibility for your tasks
- You enjoy making decisions and your negotiating skills allow you to convincingly represent your interests in negotiations with external suppliers
- Your German is stylistically secure, oral and written English skills are advantageous, and you are proficient in working with ERP systems (preferably Navision) and MS Office
