- und Schuhmarken in der Schweiz. In unserem Portfolio befinden sich unteranderem die Marken; Wrangler, Lee, Salsa Jeans, Mavi, GAS Jeans, FILA, SikSilk, Colours & Sons, Boxeur des Rues, Banana Moon, Bombers Originals und Hést.

Unsere Mission ist es, unseren B2B sowie D2C Kunden den Bestmöglichen Service bieten zu können. Darunter fällt auch die Sichtbarkeit von Relevanten und Informativen Produktdaten und Fotos. Mit der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Dienstleistungen und der Einführung von neuen Kanälen gilt es darüber hinaus auch, die Effizienz und Konstanz unserer Services stetig zu verbessern.

In dieser spannenden Stelle als **Ecommerce** **Product Data Spezialist** erwartet dich eine abwechslungsreiche und Verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Du verantwortest die Produktportfolio Administration über den gesamten Product-Life-Cycle der verschiedenen Marken und Produkten in unserem Portfolio
- In dieser Funktion agierst du als koordinationsstelle zu internen sowie externen Datenlieferanten und Datenbeziehenden
- Die Produktdatenbeschaffung (Attribute, Bilder, Produkttexte etc.) von verschiedenen Zulieferer sowie die Qualitätskontrolle der Daten ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil deiner Aufgaben
- Das Anlegen sowie die Anreicherung bereits bestehender Produkte erfolgt in unserem ERP-System (Palos) sowie den externen Systemen Shopify und Synesty
- Dies beinhaltet sowohl die Koordination als auch eigene Anpassungen (Massenmutationen / Datenexport / Datenimport)
- Zu einer weiteren Aufgabe gehört das Schnittstellenmanagement unserer E-Commerce Integratoren (z.B. Tradebyte)
- Zudem ist es für dich Selbstverständlich, dass die Datenkonsistenz, die Datenflüsse und Pflege der Produktdaten proaktiv analysiert und optimiert werden
- Da wir ein kleines Team sind, wirst du auch weitere Projekte mit unterstützen können

Das bringst du mit:

- Kaufmännische Grundbildung oder gleichwertige Erfahrung in der Administration sowie ein gutes IT-Verständnis
- Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung im Ecommerce Product Data Management oder in der Produktdatenerfassung und versierte Excel Kenntnisse
- Du überzeugst mit deinem hohen Qualitätsanspruch, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und exakter Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative zur Inhalts-/Prozessoptimierung ist für dich Selbstverständlich
- Deine zuverlässige und belastbare Persönlichkeit ist verwoben mit einer gesunden Portion Hartnäckigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du verstehst es, verschiedenste Aufgaben und Projekte parallel zu koordinieren und die Übersicht zu behalten
- Korrespondenz kannst du überzeugend in Deutsch und Englisch führen und Französisch ist für dich kein Fremdwort
- Die MS-Office-Palette und das E-Commerce ist für dich bereits täglicher Begleiter
