Auf diese Aufgaben kannst du dich freuen 

  • Beratung der Führungskräfte in allen HR-Themen im Tagesgeschäft wie Coaching, Talent Entwicklung, Performance Management sowie Begleitung der Führungskräfte bei der Umsetzung von Personalmassnahmen 
  • Umsetzung von Recruiting- und Change-Management Konzepten
  • Aktive Beratung und Begleitung der Führungskräfte bei der Umsetzung von Massnahmen zum Mitarbeiterengagement sowie Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung einer von Transparenz, Vertrauen und Respekt geprägten Firmenkultur 
  • Unterstützung in Prozessverbesserungen 
  • Aktive Begleitung von Restrukturierungen oder anderen komplexen Business Themen 
  • Durchführung von Workshops

  • Fliessende Deutsch und Französisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung im HR-Management oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit vergleichbaren Aufgaben 
  • HR-Weiterbildung (eidg. HR-Fachausweis) 
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und Sozialversicherungsrecht 
  • Gutes Verständnis und ausgeprägtes Interesse für das Business 
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen 
  • Reisebereitschaft vorhanden
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften, Kollegen und Mitarbeiter/-innen
